Iridescent chameleon blue pigment
Iridescent chameleon blue pigment is sparkler than diamond dust and enough to give your right hand for. Pigments can be applied loose for a natural shimmer or on top of gel for a more intense look. Each Pigment container contains 2-3 grams of pigments.
